Internet Impact
When the internet was first founded no one realized what impact it would really have on society. For the forty something years that the internet has been around it has been slowly bringing people closer and closer to each other. The internet was originally intended to connect computers at the pentagon so that the US had a technological edge on all other countries. Instead the internet went main stream and forty years later everybody uses it almost every day. No one had any idea what impact the internet would have on people and overall the whole society.
The internet has had a major effect on everything around us. The internet has made it so that people have access to information wherever they go. No longer do people have to go to a library to look information up in a book or go to a friend and try to find things out. People are directly connected to any information they wish to obtain. Overall the internet has created a much more informed society. It also has brought people closer to each other. People no longer have to be face to face to someone to communicate instead they can just go online and use any social networking systems such as Skype, AIM, Facebook etc. People can now meet more people easier and quicker creating a more close knit society.
The internet has done more than just make leaps and bounds in technology. The internet has changed the way people do things. It has changed how people look up information. Its changed the way people talk and meet people. And it’s changed how people think of relationships with each other. No longer do people have to wait until they see someone to talk to them. The internet has permanently changed how people will act for better or worse. Overall the internet has had a major impact on society that will not change anytime soon.

It's important to understand web hosting and publishing because it will help get more recognition online. Web hosting helps people get their own little piece of the internet. Domain names are internet names meant to organize websites. The domain name is what people recognize as the website name such as blogger.com. This makes websites easy to remember for the people using the internet. What is web optimization?

Web optimization is when a website is designed to rank high on search engines. Everything that your website has results in its optimization including text, keywords, titles etc. Meta tags are tags inserted into the header of a website to help out with website optimization. Navigation Structure & Function

I posted the two videos so I get a 100. But the navigation structure and function are how you get from page to page and the appearance of these tools that get you from page to page.
